Kutch Brine Chem Industries is one of the largest Salt Refinery in Kutch District of Gujarat State - India, manufacturing and supplying various Highly purified industrial grade Salt,  Refined Free Flow Iodized Salt & Specialty Salt like 30Mesh, Oversized granules, Free Flow Fine Salt in the brand “KBC”.

The company is promoted by well known Shri Ram group, which is one of the largest salt producers in Kutch region having production capacity of around 3.0 Lacs M.T. per annum and further expanding it’s capacity.

The Promoters Shree Ram group is major Raw salt supplier to salt refineries like Indo Brine Ind., Ankur Chemfoods, Laxmi Chem. Foods etc. & to chemical Industries like Grasim Industries, PACL, GHCL, DCM Chemical, Bihar Caustic, INION Rayon etc. from years.

To achieve excellence and quality in this field, we have installed the Most Modern State of Art Technology with automatic equipments of Stainless Steel. The production capacity of the refinery is 2.50 lakhs MT per annum (750 MT per day). The entire process is automatic and the salt is produced and packed in the most hygienic and environment friendly conditions with highest purity upto 99.60 % NaCl content.

The entire process meets the stringent standards of WHO and in recognition of its consistent unique and supreme quality and crystal size it has been awarded the ISI certificate. The “KBC” Salt contains right level of iodine adhering to the norms set by UNICEF and Government of India to prevent iodine deficiency disorders. The consumer product is endorsed by ICCIDD for containing Right level of Iodine.

The mfg. unit is situated at NH-No.-8, Near Chirai Railway Station. Which enable us to provide our customers convenience in handling and low cost of transportation. The material is dispatched through Railway rake as well as by road transportation at almost destinations in India.

We, being an ISO certified company, are committed to maintain impeccable standards of quality in our product range. To ascertain optimum quality of Salt, we have developed a strict quality control process which starts from the initial stage of production and goes on till the final packaging process. We also have with us a well experienced team of chemists and quality auditors who make sure that the entire assortment is in compliance with ISI standards. They conduct regular inspections throughout the production process so as to ensure superior grade end-product.

In addition, we give due importance to packaging. Thus, we use finest grade packaging material such as air tight plastic pouches, HDPE Bags etc.

Moreover, the quality controllers check the finally packed salt prior to dispatch of each consignment. At most care has been taken during loading/dispatch of material.

Large storage capacity (App. 8000MT.) help us to serve our customers demand on time & accommodate the situations arise due to poor supply of Railway Rakes.

Varied processes that are carried in our unit includes dissolution, treatment, agitation, refining (washing and milling), centrifuging, drying, grading, blending, and packaging.
